Pol-Nil Quality Policy

Our overarching goal is customer satisfaction, contentment, and trust, which we achieve by ensuring the high quality of our products. Quality and its continuous improvement are the key factors determining the success, further development, and market position of POL-NIL Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

Achieving these goals is possible by aligning all activities of POL-NIL Sp. z o.o. with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and Good Distribution Practices.

We commit to achieving these goals through:

  • Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System

  • Meeting customer requirements by understanding their current and future needs and striving to exceed their expectations

  • Identifying, understanding, and managing the interrelated processes within the Company

  • Engaging all employees in quality matters by fostering the belief that quality is created at every position and that each employee is responsible for it

  • Creating conditions for the continuous improvement of employees' qualifications and skills through staff participation in training

  • Constantly monitoring the quality system through reviews and audits

  • Systematically monitoring the market, its needs, and requirements

  • Making effective decisions based on data and information analysis

  • Conducting activities aimed at preventing defects rather than removing their effects

  • Selecting suppliers who meet our quality and timeliness requirements and building mutually beneficial relationships that enhance the ability of both parties to create value

  • The comprehensive development of the company and ensuring that employees have satisfactory working conditions and compensation for the diligent performance of their duties

The Management Board takes full responsibility for implementing the Quality Policy and ensures that it is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization, and allocates the necessary resources to achieve the stated objectives.

The Quality Policy is a key strategic element of the operations of POL-NIL Sp. z o.o.
